Travis Stadler comes to Seattle from Boise, Idaho. He is both a JD and MBA student at Seattle University and an extern at the Housing Justice Project this summer. He has finished his first year of law school, and second year of business school.
Travis also has experience working with Volunteer Legal Services in Tacoma, and the Defenders Initiative at Seattle U. He says, “My personal, professional, and academic experience has generated a sincere interest in public service and, in particular, to providing legal aid to indigent people in our local community.” While he has not decided what field he wants to practice in upon graduation, Travis wants to take the skills that he has learned in law and business school to help those in the local community that are most in need.
Travis is also an avid outdoorsman. When not working or studying, he enjoys rock climbing, bouldering, backpacking, and cycling. When not outdoors, Travis enjoys grabbing happy hour with friends or catching a local concert.
